Don't be too hard on yourselves. i do get frustrated most times but its teaching me patience as I see the little changes.

Hey I’m also gonna join the 2018 weight loss team. I’m 5’8, and 210lb. I’ve started by cutting carbs and working out 1hr at the gym (20 min on the treadmill, 40min weights). I’ll keep you all updated on my progress. Let’s encourage one another, we can do this!!!

Hey y'all ^^

Haana here!

Jumping in a little late but I'd also like to join. I'm a singer trying to incorporate dance into my stages but really struggling with motivation and energy.

I am quite active but not FIT. I walk almost 3 hours a day because my office (day job) is far.
BMI is good; I just need to not jiggle on stage.
I was thinking to kick start my body sculpting and weight loss by joining an EMS program as well as Pole Dancing for core and my regular dancing for work (music).
My aim is to drop about 10kgs (22lbs) by April 1st.
I've tried cutting out meats but my body didn't like that and I couldn't keep up with life (energy-wise) so I decided on a diet that is mostly raw; i love fruits so I'll have those for breakfast and dinner and I'll have a veg and meat combo for lunch. That's my plan going forward. My portions will be according to how I understand my body. Since Jan 1st, I've lost 2kg (4lbs) (probably coz I'm broke😂😂😂) and I am now at 70.8kg as a woman 5'7" (1.7m) tall.
