I'm not sure I understand the question. Can you rephrase it?

I think she wants to know if going to the gym everyday can cause her to lose her virginity = break her hymen.

Well its not really easy but it can happen. My friend actually broke hers by falling while doing a standing split(?idk what's exactly called?😂) so yes,its possible.
Just be careful and do too wild moves with your legs. But I guess it depends from person to person.✌

No not at all, actually exercising helps reduce swelling and cramps. So go do your thing.

Going to the gym will not cause you to lose your virginity. However, you obviously want to be careful during your workouts; I was doing a slightly intricate pull-up of sorts and came down with a bar between my legs, and I broke my hymen (I'm lucky that's all I broke). As long as you're careful not to fall with anything especially hard between your legs, you'll be just fine.

As for exercising during your period, by all means, go ahead! It will help alleviate cramps and make you feel less like a unattractive, hormonal lump. However, no matter how you exercise, if you're on your period, do try to not invert your abdomen at any point. A good example of this is the simple yoga pose Downward-Facing Dog. This turns your torso upside down. NOT good for you when you're menstruating! It's royally screwed up my cycle before.

Other than that, by all means, go to the gym! Safe exercise is good for you all times of the month. :)

No you can not lose your virginity from going to the gym everyday, you may break your hymen from doing maybe weird leg exercises, anyways the only way you can lose your virginity is if a guy puts his pen*s inside of you. Jus being real here
